Upon arrival, the self-check-in process was smooth thanks to the clear instructions provided via email, ensuring a hassle-free experience even though we arrived late. The room was surprisingly spacious, with two large windows offering a pleasant view of the surroundings.The amenities in the room were thoughtful and well-appointed, from the flat-screen TV to the private bathroom with a bidet and shower, complete with complimentary toiletries. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Ferrara's charming streets.What truly stood out was the attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They provided helpful tips on local dining options, including a discount at a nearby café where we savored authentic Italian cuisine. The proximity to attractions like the Palazzo dei Diamanti Renaissance palace and the Castello Estense made exploring the city on foot a breeze.In conclusion, Alloggio Cavour exceeded my expectations with its blend of modern comforts, excellent service, and strategic location.
